Free Estimate:

We are pleased to provide a free estimate for an AirScrub
System for your facility, or a wing of same. We obtain information on the square footage, number of air handlers, and other faciltiy information. A dollar range is provided so you have a "ballpark" figure to determine your interest in having us develop a full proposal.

Training:

At the conclusion of the installation phase, an AirScrub representative will train key staff members on the operation and expectations of the system.

Warranty:

There is a three-year warranty on all AirScrub System equipment. During the warranty period there will be no charge for equipment or equipment parts that may need to be replaced. Labor for replacement is not covered by the warranty (See Service Contract, above).

Technical Support:

Clients may contact Clean Air Systems Engineering, Inc. for advice and guidance in the operation of their AirScrub System.

LEED Certification:

Although products cannot be certified by LEED, AirScrub Systems will assist the individual facility with the LEED project application.  We offer this service to save you the time and  effort of gathering spec sheets and maintenance schedules.

We will assist with required documents to submit an "Innovation in Design Credit" to the LEEDS program.

The contents of this file include:

4.  Spec Sheets for AirScrub products

5.  LEEDS ID Credit Instruction PDF.

To finish the application, we will help you create a narrative describing the location, installation, sizing, model numbers, and all related information for your facility.  The package can then be submitted to LEEDS with the rest of the building's paperwork at one time. The final judgement on whether points will be awarded is up to the discretion of the USGBC.

Lease Program:
AirScrub Systems are typically considered a capital expense; however, this often delays installation due to budget-cycle timing and other budget constraints. Therefore, a lease-to-own program is available so that you can immediately address air quality issues in your facility. Leases are available from one to five years, allowing you to choose the payment most suitable for your budget.

Service Contract:

We offer a Service Contract that: 1) enhances the normal warranty on parts to include all labor costs for 36 months, 2) provides an annual inspection of all equipment, and 3) replaces defective parts and/or equipment at no charge.
